1. List every storage unit name and purpose (if you use labels).
2. Sync or manually export contents the same way you handle the main inventory.

For each material position:

• Why did I store this?
• Is the thesis still true?
• Would I buy it today at mark?
• Is it more useful sold and redeployed?

• Keep a naming scheme: Liquid, Tradeups, Long hold, Junk to clear
• After big acquisition weeks, force a storage pass before the next buy
• When preparing a cash-out, clear storage first - buyers and you both forget what is buried
